24/7 through the resident portal
Desk payment & receipts
Cash or bank deposits collected at the association office; a receipt is issued and posted to the flat's account.
Saturday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Statements & reports
Downloadable bill statements, payment receipts and annual income–expenditure statements for every owner.

About Us
Navana Silver Dale Apartment Owners Association manages the shared utilities, services and common facilities of the Navana Silver Dale apartment complex at 32-33, North Bashabo, Dhaka-1214.
The association issues a monthly utility bill to every flat, collects the dues online or at the office desk, and publishes receipts and yearly statements to its members. The elected management committee is accountable to the owners' general meeting.
